Late Night Conversations with My Brain

Like many of you, I struggle with occasional bouts of insomnia, especially when I'm anticipating an event in the morning, e.g. an early flight, a test, a race.

I like to turn on a cooking or home reno show to help distract my brain from thoughts that will prevent sleep. But sometimes it just doesn't work and my night goes something like this:







































Eventually, I do manage to fall asleep and wake up ready to tackle whatever special event is in store for that day.



Questions:
1. Do you get insomnia?
2. Do you have any good methods for conquering it?
3. Is your brain as annoying as mine?
